English Program Application Instructions

If you wish to use the professional services of an Agency then your Agent will handle all of the following details for you. If you wish to register directly to CVIC then follow the steps below;

1. Apply on the Internet
   • Forward your completed Course Application Form and your $125 registration fee, to CVIC.
     • For Full-Time ESL use this form
     • For Part-Time (morning classes only) use this form
     • For the Discover Canada Summer Adventure Program use this form
   • When both are received you will be immediately notified.
   • To send the above form, after completing it, "click" the "Submit button" at the bottom of the form. All forms on this site use SSL to protect your online privacy.

2. Apply by Mail or Fax
   • If you wish you may print and mail or fax these forms;

     Microsoft Word 2000 Document (52kb).
     RTF Formatted Form (not as fancy looking but can be opened by almost any word processor)
